Schedule & classes
Plan and run your schedule
Build your weekly grid: add sessions, edit times, drag-to-reschedule, and review who's booked.
Plan and run your schedule
The Schedule is the heart of ClassKeep. Open it from the sidebar at any time to see a calendar of every published session — week, day or month — and to add, edit or cancel classes.
The three views
- Week view — the default; great for planning and spotting gaps in your grid.
- Day view — high density; useful on busy days or when reviewing a single resource.
- Month view — a long-range overview; click any day to drill into the week.
The current view, date and any filters are reflected in the URL so the link is shareable.
Add a class
Click anywhere on an empty slot, or use Add class in the toolbar.
- Pick a class type (or create one inline if you have permission)
- Set the date, start time and duration (the class type's defaults pre-fill)
- Choose one or more instructors
- Set the capacity (defaults to the class type)
- Optionally adjust pricing for this single session
- Save
The session appears immediately on the calendar and on the public booking page.
Drag to reschedule
In week and day views, admins can drag a session to a different time or day. ClassKeep checks for conflicts (instructor double-booking, resource clashes) and asks you to confirm with an override reason if needed.
Session detail
Click any session card to open its detail drawer:
- Overview — class type, instructors, time, capacity, pricing and resources
- Students — booked attendees, waitlist queue, walk-ins (with admin actions to cancel, refund credits, mark no-show)
- Notes — internal notes shared with the instructor
You can also edit the session in place and the changes propagate. To cancel, use the Cancel session action; ClassKeep notifies booked students and (when configured) offers their spots to the waitlist.
Filters
Use the toolbar to filter by class type, instructor or resource. Filters persist in the URL.
