Branding and student page templates

Configure logo, favicon, colors, fonts, and pick a layout template for your public schedule.

Branding and student page templates

Your branding makes the student page feel like yours, not like a generic ClassKeep page. Open Settings → Identity to set up assets, then visit Page builder → Theme for fonts, colors and layout templates.

Identity assets

| Asset | Where it shows | |------|----------------| | Logo | Dashboard sidebar, public student page header, login pages | | Favicon | Browser tab on every page | | OG image | Social sharing previews (Facebook, X, LinkedIn) |

Upload all three as PNG or JPG. Squared logos look best in tight spots like the dashboard sidebar.

Theme

In the Page builder Theme panel:

  • Primary color — buttons, links, accents
  • Background color — the page surface
  • Font — pick from the curated font list (loads via Google Fonts at runtime, only on the student page)
  • Button shape — rounded, pill, square
  • Max width — narrow, default, wide

The theme applies only to the student page (.student-page scope). Your dashboard always uses ClassKeep's design system.

Schedule layout templates

Choose how your Schedule block renders for students:

  • List — vertical list of upcoming classes (default; great for mobile)
  • Calendar week — full week grid with sessions in time-slots
  • Day strip — a horizontal strip of upcoming days you can scroll
  • Card grid — visually rich card layout
  • Minimal — compact list with class name + time only

Templates are configured in the Page builder schedule block's settings, or studio-wide in the Theme panel.

Custom CSS

For advanced studios, the Custom CSS block in Page builder lets you add scoped CSS that only applies inside .student-page. Use it for fine details that the theme panel doesn't expose.

Preview your changes

Open the Student page preview link in the dashboard top bar. The preview always shows the latest published page; to preview unpublished drafts, append ?ckPagePreview=1 to the URL while signed in as an admin.
