Schedule & classes
Copy a week of classes
Replicate an entire week's schedule into the current week — perfect for studios with stable weekly grids.
Copy a week of classes
If your studio runs the same classes week after week, Copy week lets you replicate every session from a chosen source week into the week currently open in the planner. It saves dozens of clicks.
When to use it
- Setting up next week from this week's grid
- Filling out a holiday week from a normal week
- Building a fresh month from your "template" week
Where to find it
Open Schedule, switch to Week view, then click Import from another week in the toolbar.
How it works
- Pick a source week with the mini-calendar (any week you've already planned)
- Confirm the target week (always the week currently open in the planner — change the planner first if needed)
- ClassKeep performs a dry-run and reports any conflicts
- Review the dry-run summary and click Copy to confirm
For every session in the source week, ClassKeep copies:
- The class type
- Instructors and resources
- Capacity, duration and pricing
- Subscription access
- Internal notes (if you opt in)
Conflict handling
The dry-run flags things like:
- An instructor already booked on a different session at that time
- A resource already allocated
- Sessions in the target week that already have bookings (those are skipped, not overwritten)
If there are conflicts, ClassKeep asks you to confirm an override reason before proceeding.
Empty target sessions
If a session exists in the target week with no bookings and no recent edits, you can choose to cancel it as part of the copy so the week ends up identical to the source. This is opt-in.
