Opening hours and closures
Set the days and times your studio is open, plus date-specific overrides for holidays or events.
Opening hours and closures
Opening hours tell ClassKeep when your studio is normally open. The schedule overlays closed periods so it's harder to accidentally publish a class on a day you're shut, and the public booking page hides times outside opening hours.
Open Settings → Hours to configure them.
Weekly hours
Set the open and close times for each day of the week. You can also mark a day as Open all day if you don't want to enforce a specific window, or Closed.
Date-specific overrides
For holidays or one-off changes, add a date override:
- Closed — the entire day is marked closed and overlaid on the schedule
- Custom hours — the day uses different open/close times than the weekly default
Overrides take precedence over weekly hours.
What changes on the schedule
- Closed periods are shaded on day, week and month views
- Adding a class outside hours prompts you to confirm — useful for the rare exception, but visible enough to catch mistakes
What changes on the public booking page
- The booking page uses opening hours to hide irrelevant time slots in calendar templates
- Customers see your studio's open days; days you're closed do not appear
