Your account and notifications
Manage your profile, preferences, classes, payments and how you want to be notified.
Your account and notifications
Open My account from the top right. Five tabs cover everything you can do:

Profile
Update your name, email and phone. To change your password, click Change password — you'll be asked for your current one.
To upload a profile photo, click the avatar circle and pick an image.
Classes
The Classes tab shows everything you've booked. Filter by past/upcoming. Tap any class to see details and cancel within the studio's policy.
If you booked with a credit and the cancellation policy allows a refund, the credit returns to your balance immediately.
Credits & plans
This is the source of truth for your studio currency:
- Balance — total credits available now
- Expiry breakdown — when each batch will expire
- Ledger — every credit added (purchase, manual adjustment) and used (booking, cancellation refund)
- Active subscriptions — manage or cancel from here
Payments
Every purchase generates a receipt with the items, amount, tax (if any), date and Stripe transaction ID. Use Download to save a PDF.
Notifications
For each notification type (booking confirmation, waitlist offer, payment, schedule change), pick which channels you want:
- In-app — shows in your bell dropdown
- Email — sent to your account email
- Push — browser/mobile push (requires permission)
You can mute a single type entirely by switching all channels off. Critical messages (failed payments) cannot be muted via in-app.
Deleting your account
If you'd like to delete your account, contact your studio admin (they can remove you from the studio) or ClassKeep support for full account deletion.
