Booking and cancelling classes

Booking a class with ClassKeep takes seconds. Here's everything you need to know.

Booking a class

   • On the studio page, find the class you want and tap it
   • Confirm the time, instructor and what's included
   • Choose how to pay: credits, drop-in or your subscription
   • Tap Book now
   • You'll see an instant confirmation and an entry in your My account → Classes

If you used a credit, your balance ticks down. If you paid drop-in, you're taken to a Stripe checkout to enter card details.

Payment methods explained

• Credits — pre-paid bundles you buy from your studio. 1 credit = 1 booking (sometimes more for premium classes).
• Drop-in — a one-off card payment for that class only.
• Subscription — a recurring membership covers eligible classes for free for the duration of your plan.

ClassKeep automatically picks the cheapest option for you (subscription → credits → drop-in), but you can change it before confirming.

What if a class is full?

Tap Join waitlist instead of Book. You'll be added to the queue. When a spot opens, ClassKeep messages you with an offer — usually you have a short window to accept before the next person gets the offer.

Cancelling a booking

Open My account → Classes and tap the class to see the cancel button.

Whether you receive a credit or money back depends on your studio's cancellation policy. Typically:

• More than X hours before class — full refund / credit returned
• Less than X hours before class — no refund (but you can give the spot to a friend if your studio allows it)

The cancel button shows you the policy before you confirm — including whether credits come back, whether a drop-in is refunded on the card, or a late fee the studio displays.

Add to calendar

After booking, tap Add to calendar to download an .ics file or open Google/Apple Calendar with the event pre-filled.
