Getting started as a student

Welcome! ClassKeep is the booking system your studio uses. This article walks you through signing up, logging in, and what you can do once you're in.

Where do I sign in?

Your studio has a public booking page — usually book.yourstudio.com or classkeep.app/s/your-studio. Click Sign in in the top right.

If you've never signed up, click Create account and enter your email, name and a password.

What you can do

Once you're signed in:

• Browse classes on the schedule and tap any session to book
• See your upcoming bookings in the My account area
• Buy credits or subscribe if your studio sells them
• Join a waitlist when classes are full
• Manage your profile, notifications and password

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your email. ClassKeep sends a reset link.

One account per studio

Your account is scoped to the studio you signed up at. If you also attend another studio that uses ClassKeep, you'll create a separate account there. Same email is fine — they're independent.

Browser permissions

For push notifications (waitlist offers, schedule changes), ClassKeep asks once for permission. You can change your mind later in My account → Notifications.
