Buy credit packages, subscribe to plans, and manage payment methods through Stripe.

Credits and subscriptions

ClassKeep gives you two ways to pay for classes ahead of time: credit packages (a pre-paid bundle of class tokens) and subscriptions (recurring memberships).

Buying credit packages

Open the studio page and tap Credits (or the cart icon in your account). You'll see the packages your studio sells, with the credit count, price and any expiry window.

    • Pick a package
    • Tap Buy now
    • Complete checkout via Stripe (Apple Pay / Google Pay are supported on most devices)
    • Credits are added to your balance immediately

Your balance is shown in the header next to your avatar and on My account → Credits & plans.

How credits work

  • Each booking deducts the class's credit cost (usually 1, sometimes 2 for premium classes)
  • Cancelling within the policy returns the credit
  • Credits can have an expiry window — your account page shows when each batch expires

Subscribing to a plan

If your studio offers subscription plans (monthly or yearly), you can subscribe from the Subscriptions section.

    • Pick a plan
    • Tap Subscribe
    • Complete the Stripe checkout
    • Your subscription is active immediately and renews automatically until you cancel

While subscribed, eligible classes book without using credits.

Managing your subscription

My account → Credits & plans shows your active subscriptions. You can:

  • Open Stripe billing portal — change card, see invoices, cancel
  • Cancel — takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then
  • Resume — if you cancelled but changed your mind before the period ends

Receipts

Every purchase generates a receipt. Find them in My account → Payments and download as PDF if you need them for expenses or insurance.
