Instructor portal overview

Welcome to the instructor portal! This is your space inside ClassKeep — separate from the studio admin dashboard — designed to be fast on a phone you can use between classes.

You sign in at /s/[studio-slug]/instructor with your usual platform credentials. The app remembers you on this device.

The five sections

Use the bottom tab bar (mobile) or sidebar (desktop) to switch.

Today is your home base

Open Today first thing. You'll see:

• A greeting with the date
• KPIs (sessions today, students booked, walk-ins so far)
• Cards for each session, in chronological order
• The Live session card pinned at the top when one is in progress

Tap a session to open the roster — see who's booked, mark attendance, add walk-ins, write notes.

Notifications

The bell icon in the header (mobile) or sidebar (desktop) shows in-app notifications: substitution requests, booking changes, kudos from your studio admin, and more.

You can configure exactly what you receive in Profile → Notifications.

When admins can grant you scheduling power

By default instructors see a read-only schedule. If your studio admin has granted you create or edit permissions, you'll see additional controls in the Schedule section. See Instructor scheduling permissions for the full breakdown.

Multiple studios

If you teach at more than one studio that uses ClassKeep, the studio switcher lets you jump between them without signing out.
