Your profile and availability

Edit your public profile, manage weekly availability, set time off, and upload media.

Your profile and availability

The Profile tab is where you tell students who you are and tell ClassKeep when you're free to teach.

Public profile

What students see on the studio booking page:

  • Name and photo — your display name and avatar
  • Bio — a short paragraph about you and your style
  • Specialties — tags students can filter by ("Vinyasa", "Beginner-friendly")
  • Social links — Instagram, website, etc.
  • Media gallery — optional photos and short videos

Click Edit profile to update any of these. Changes go live immediately on the public page.

Weekly availability

Tell ClassKeep when you're normally available to teach. This is used to validate scheduling — your admin gets a warning when assigning you to a session outside your availability.

    • Open Profile → Availability
    • For each day of the week, set the time ranges you can teach (or mark the day as off)
    • Save

You can have multiple ranges per day (e.g. 7-10am and 5-8pm).

Time off

For one-off absences, use Time off to block specific dates or times. See Schedule and time off for details.

Notification preferences

In Profile → Notifications you choose what you receive and through which channel (in-app, email, push):

  • Booking confirmations on classes you teach
  • Substitute requests
  • Cancellations
  • Schedule changes

Push needs you to enable browser notifications once on your device.

Account

Sign-out, change password and email address are all here. To delete your account entirely, ask your studio admin or contact ClassKeep support.
