Reports and earnings
Understand your performance: attendance, retention, ratings — and track your earnings.
Reports and earnings
The Reports and Earnings tabs help you understand how you're doing and how much you've made.
Reports
Pick a date range (last 7 days, last month, custom). The page shows:
- KPIs — sessions taught, students attended, average fill rate, no-show rate
- Attendance trend — a chart of attendance over time
- Retention — how often the same students come back to your classes
- Late arrivals (if your studio tracks them) — a histogram of late minutes
- Class energy ratings (if your studio collects them) — average and per-class breakdown
Use the comparison toggle to overlay the previous period. Filter by class type to drill in.
Earnings
For studios that use ClassKeep's auto-payouts, Earnings shows:
- This month — your gross earnings to date and the projected total
- Per session breakdown — how each session's payout was calculated
- Substitution adjustments — if you covered for someone, that session is in here
- Historical totals — month over month, year over year
How earnings are calculated depends on your compensation model, which your studio admin sets. Common models:
- Per session — flat rate per class taught
- Per attendee — variable rate × attendance
- Fixed — monthly retainer
If your studio handles payouts manually outside of ClassKeep, the Earnings tab is still useful as a record but the actual payout will arrive from your studio directly.
Tips for higher fill rates
- Build a consistent schedule (students remember Tuesday at 7 better than odd one-offs)
- Engage with bookings — write personal notes, ask returning students how they are
- Take feedback seriously — your studio sees patterns in your ratings over time
