Getting started

Your dashboard overview

Make sense of the home page: KPI cards, agenda, alerts, quick actions and how to customize what you see.

Your dashboard overview

The dashboard home (/dashboard/[slug]) is the first screen you see when you sign in. It surfaces the most important moves you can make today: today's classes, who needs your attention, this month's revenue trend, and shortcuts into the rest of the app.

What's on the page

  • KPI strip — up to ten performance cards (revenue, MRR, active clients, low credits, retention…). Each compares the current period to the previous comparable period (last 7 days vs the 7 days before, etc.).
  • Agenda — a tabbed list of sessions for Today, Tomorrow or This week. Use the arrow buttons or date picker to navigate; the URL updates so the link is shareable.
  • Quick actions — one-click shortcuts to add a class, add a client, send an announcement or add a resource.
  • Action alerts — items that need your attention: failed payments, expiring waitlist offers, sub requests, low-capacity sessions.
  • Secondary widgets — recent bookings, top class types this month, instructor load this week, resource utilization today, upcoming birthdays.

Customize what you see

Click the Customize button in the header to open the visibility panel. Toggle individual KPI cards and widgets on or off — your choices are stored against your own user profile, so other admins keep their layout.

Sharing the agenda

Both the agenda tab and date live in the URL (?tab=week&date=2025-10-13), so you can copy the link and send it to a colleague or bookmark a particular view.

The Add class quick action opens the Add class modal pre-filled with today's date. From an agenda card you can also click into the relevant session to jump straight into the schedule with that session highlighted.

When something looks off

  • A KPI shows "—" — not enough historical data yet to compare; this clears as soon as a full prior period exists.
  • An alert keeps coming back — fixing the underlying issue (refunding a charge, promoting a waitlist offer) clears it on the next page load.
  • You see "No sessions" — check that you have at least one published class type and that today's filter does not exclude all sessions.
